Terms

Simple terms for working together.

The short version: Audion provides professional mixing and mastering services, keeps project work organized in the client portal, and expects clear project materials, payment, and respectful communication.

Services

Audion provides professional audio mixing and mastering services for artists, labels, producers, and other music clients. The exact service, quantity, project notes, and uploaded files are tracked in the client portal.

Service descriptions and prices are shown on the Pricing page. If a project needs unusual scope, rush timing, or special handling, Audion may confirm those details separately before work begins.

Client accounts

Client accounts are used for project setup, uploads, notes, revisions, and delivery access. Keep your login secure. Audion will never ask for, create, or store your password directly.

If you have used multiple email addresses with Audion, contact Audion so accounts or archives can be reviewed and merged manually when appropriate.

Payments and project start

Payment is collected through Stripe Checkout. A project room may be created before payment so the order has a clear record, but work begins after payment is received unless Audion agrees otherwise in writing.

Files and rights

You are responsible for having the rights to any audio, references, artwork, links, and notes you submit. Audion uses submitted materials only to perform the requested project work and to provide project delivery.

Delivery and revisions

Delivered files appear in your Audion project room. One focused revision is included with each project unless otherwise agreed. See the Refund and Revision Policy for the more specific version.

Availability

Audion works to keep the portal, downloads, and account access available, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. If a portal issue affects an active project, contact Audion directly and the project can continue through email or a secure file link while the issue is handled.
