File retention

Your finished masters stay close.

Your Audion archive keeps final deliveries available. Finished masters stay in your account; working files are retained for one year after delivery.

Finished masters

Delivered masters are intended to remain available in your Audion account indefinitely. The goal is simple: when you need the final files again, they should be in one clean project archive.

Working files

Source uploads, pre-masters, stems, reference files, and other working materials are retained for one year after delivery unless Audion agrees to a different arrangement in writing.

External links

If you submit files through Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or a similar service, Audion may keep the external link with the project record. External services control whether those links remain available, so direct Audion uploads are the cleaner long-term option.

Legacy deliveries

Existing customer deliveries may be organized into the new Audion archive where recoverable. Some older projects may use legacy delivery links when the original final files are not practical to re-upload.

Client access

Clients can sign in with their account email to view completed projects and download delivered masters. If a prior project used a different email address, contact Audion and the accounts can be reviewed manually.
