Refunds and revisions

Clear expectations before the first pass.

Audion keeps payment and revision expectations straightforward: refunds are available before work begins, and one focused revision is included once work is underway.

Refunds before work begins

If you pay for a project and need to cancel before Audion begins work, contact Audion as soon as possible. Refunds are available before work begins, minus any payment processing or non-recoverable fees where applicable.

Once work begins

Once Audion begins work on a paid project, refunds are not the normal path. From that point forward, adjustments are handled through the revision process so the project can be finished properly.

One focused revision included

Each project includes one focused revision. A focused revision means clear, specific notes tied to the delivered file, such as a section, timestamp, tonal adjustment, vocal balance note, or reference comparison.

Revision requests

Revision requests should be submitted from the delivered file in the Audion project room. Include timestamps or sections when possible, written notes, and any useful reference link or upload.

Scope changes

New stems, new arrangements, replacement vocals, different mixes, or a change from mastering to deeper mix work may be treated as a new scope. Audion will confirm the best path before moving forward.
