Privacy
Audion collects the information needed to run projects, communicate clearly, process payments, and deliver finished audio files.
Audion may collect your name, email address, project title, service choice, quantity, notes, uploaded files, external links, revision requests, contact form messages, payment status, and account activity needed to operate the portal.
Information is used to create accounts, organize projects, process payments, review submitted files, deliver mastered files, send project notifications, provide support, and maintain an archive of delivered masters.
Audion uses trusted infrastructure providers for the site, authentication, database, payments, file storage, email notifications, and hosting. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare R2, and Resend or similar providers.
Project files are stored for Audion project work and delivery. Finished masters stay available in your account. Working files such as source uploads, pre-masters, stems, and references are retained for one year after delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Audion stores payment metadata such as order amount, payment status, and Stripe identifiers, but does not store full card numbers in the Audion application.
You can contact Audion to correct account details, ask about project records, request account merging for multiple emails, or ask a privacy question tied to your projects.
